i use recovery method that rename the zip file to update.zip and apply it on recovery mode
but it is failed coz of unsigned package or something like that

hello guys. im planning to get either Samsung Galaxy S or HTC Desire.

i know that Galaxy has big super amoled screen which i admired a lot! and a super fast hummingbird processor.
i have read through internet, they said that there are a lot of roms developed for HTC compared to galaxy s.
one more thing, HTC provide 2.2 froyo OTA.

so guys, please let me know the pros of Galaxy S as u are the users. then i can buy it and join this thread!

firstly asked yourself what intend do you want with your future phone?....internet?...gaming?...multimedia...both desire and sgs are android...

if you're into game and multimedia go for sgs..but current sgs right now need pampering and experience counter the current problem..which is gps and lagginess

but this is not turning this wonderful phone into renderless crap..there are numerous solution to it....

if you ask in this forum ofkos i will recommend you sgs...either in desire thread..hehe..

owh..just buy tv-out for nokia..i'm using xm5800 tv-out..and it's work perfectly...it connect to 3.5mm jack...

basically tv-out cable consist of 3.5mm male plug in and the audio-video RCA connector at the other end..

Running base JPM with rasdeep OC and UV kernel. Using conservative governor and CPU fluctuates between 100 and 1200Mhz (100-800 Undervolt 0.50, > 800 Undervolt 0.25)...Quadrant with ULF Ext 4 ~1756...So far so good. Monitoring the battery now.

I saw you asked the question in XDA...please flash any one of the ULF kernel with CWM...they have 2e integrated which you can select in recovery mode.

I installed darky 2.2 rom since last week and I noticed that my phone's performance and speed got worse and the battery life sucked really bad , I can't seem to use my phone without charging it in a 10 hours interval compared to before i rooted it. Btw, this is my first time rooting my phone, using this rom.. Well actually now i'm thinking of flashing back to my stock rom, but i don't have any ideas.. can anyone please guide me step by step?

first at all..you need to know that all that you've done was no rooting..it's flashing to other rom...the rom that u used came with pre-root

darky's rom 2.2 use battery juice quite fast..hey mate...3.0 version just out..why don't u try it...

to flash back to sotck rom...please refer back first page of this thread...step by step instruction with pictures..

2 ways, 1. revert your recovery to 2e again

2. unpack that zip and paste that framework directly to system/framework using root explorer
