Yes, definitely more people will move in within the first half of year 2012.
In fact, compared to many other residential projects, Bukit Raja has less speculators (who buy to sell) and more owners (who buy to stay).
Also, you will see more young families (who has just got married and not yet have kids).
It is only the recent phases you will see more speculators or investors and bigger families (with kids) as the entry prices are higher.
Every township takes time to grow. If you look at Subang Jaya in year 1982, USJ in year 1994, Kota Kemuning in year 2000, Putra Heights in year 2003, and Damansara Perdana in year 2003 which all were dead places then. Fast forward to year 2011, you see schools, hypermarkets, petrol stations and banks.
Relatively, Sime Bukit Raja is still a very young township (which is about 6 to 7 years old when it launched the first phase of the single storey houses).
However, I have to give credit to SP Setia as it is much more better when comes to execution with aggressive hard work.
