yeah that was one of the concern when 1st went there .
the area is below the highway .
not high land .

so any news bout the flood thing?

did they install the cables at the top of the ceiling?
u can ask the contractor to route the cables on top of ceiling but that is different charge and u have to pay on your own .

and u need to talk to the contractor team .

not sure bout the highway part but the SD development seems to be running at superior pace .
