dear forumers... I've been watching closely the progress of the constructions in front of the main entrance to BBR. It seems that the volume of construction done is just too big for just traffic lights. and if you look from the main entrance towards the opposite roads... you could see constructions going all the way towards the trees... and another route heading back to elise...

it seems that they are already starting the West Coast highway project if I'm not mistaken...anyone wanna shed some light on this project?

I went to BBR last weekend...to checked around ...the situation here(BBR) were likely diffent from what i expected....fallen under heavy criticism( pardon me for the harsh words..) better with regular discussions for the drain and pollution included VP matter...which make me wonder either just aimed for capital values...or expected just for tenants...however changed my sense to just live here in Bukit Raja...the lake was filled with activities....young and old...the drain in Ellis was not that alarming or could send the strong signal for flood...did the drain really cloacked as been claimed?...rain did pour down for nearly 1 hours as i witness there were water flowing smooth....during my visit....but if its rain 2 days and night gradually for sure it is severe to even many place around....not only BBR..many units under go progress reno preference towards before CNY would be fill will residents...as i pointed out the evening scenary with activities around was much more contra to the place i stayed now (Damansara Utama) where everyone prefer to just stay at home watching drama ( i assume ) even there was a park here in Damansara....thats reveal the identity of society here...which i hope wont plague into BBR residents...meanwhile from the SD sales office there will be shop lots coming up...i hope SD also keen and be remain commited on building utility or instructure such hospital and police station for necessary steps to cushioning the impact of crime rate and living...let be all the forumers especially the resident in BBR have a good connectivity and high spirits to overcomes bad thing....for a better place to live and play....

guarded or not its another issue? Frankly how effective this foreign workers (guard) or how trustworthly there are still very questioning....most important is how the community react towards circumstances and how connective to each other is the key....me myself wanted to live at the area for as long as could in harmony and peacefull...maybe rest of my life....

Semalam pigi BBR ... lepas hujan lebat around 9pm.. semasa berada di BBR.. area I notice OH MY GOD water level kat both side lake is damn full and up to max already.. approxiamately another 0.5 feet to touch the tree grow along side of the lake .. waktu itu masih hujan renyai...
lepas traffic light menghala ke flat Longkang besar tepi jalan belakang sales gallery is overpour already..... lepas itu belok kanan menghala ke area perumahan dan notice ke semua longkang sudah sampai max..... air tak mengalir... too bad tak bawak camera.... Net visit mesti mau bawa camera tangkap gambar.....

I can clarify this, as I couldn't even get to my house due to the overflow (had to do a major detour). And some people even having car breakdowns... kinda sad really, I hope that SD would focus more on the water flow control.... worry if the situation continues

Agree with your words..SD must study the drain system thoroughly / why water is not flowing at all..?? .. otherwise.. Delmara owner wil have big big problem.. because their house is just next to the lake .....

but for future buyers... rest assured as I think this situation is just for the time being... I have stayed here for almost 5 years and this is the first time this happens. I think its due to the speedy construction been going near the entrance which happens to effect the drainage flow.. not to mention the rains that kept on showering us these past few days... Its rarely for this part of Klang to receive such heavy pour..

If the scenario getting bad...maybe we can write a petition to SD sales office....as a 1st step...what u all guys think?

That consider ok liao! come to setia alam, the few small lake here ALL flooded! some even reaches to the SEAT! the tree already being covered with Water. Looks scary to me seems like if it would to rain whole day.. i am pretty sure it will flood both sides of the road and the house in impiana 1 2 and 3

Hope future conditions would be better for us... BBR or Setia, I really wish that SD and SP Setia would learn from the TTDI shah alam incident (the biggest flood Shah Alam ever felt)

I tengok longkang besar belakang sales gallery memang link ke tasik.... manakala longkang longkang kecil di kawasan perumahan pulak.. link ke longkang besar ini.. bermakna kalau tasik penuh mesti memaksa air reverse mengalir balik ke kawasan perumahan sehingga longkang penuh.. ALAMAK... ini kedua dua tasik rupanya adalah LONGKANG LAKE... ada ikan pulak i nampak kat longkang perumahan....

walaupun bagaimapun.. siapa mau call untuk rectufy problem ini..?? MPK ke atau SD..?

Seems the house nearly completed already..

I notice the drain infront of Fuego along the main road also full of water. I am pretty sure if it continue to rain the whole day definately absolutely .. finally it will flood..
