Seriously what would SD build Mall? They will NOT get fill up anyway. The centre will be in Setia Mall. In fact even they complete the mall, it will be empty as most retailers oredy started in Setia Mall. BBR destined to be quiet township as Setia Alam already established it self as the hub for everythg in that area.

I believe building mall will not in SD plan at the moment la.. otherwise SD sales person sure will use this as a great strong selling point for the houses or shop office there.. Look at thet way they develop Denai alam, or a more establish Putra height.. SD keep on building houses till it reaches high end Semi D & Bungalow ... still tarak bina mall mall.. brows.gif

Added on November 21, 2011, 2:37 pmAik.... apa terjadi itu BBR entrance from Jln Meru .... jalan sudah teruk nampaknya... tengah upgrade ke..?? SD should build a more nice BBR township entrance at jln meru. Kalau malam .. itu dua twin batu BBR kat entrance kasi light up.. lagi lah cun....

Aldora .. superlink... drool.gif  drool.gif ... but price of close to 1mil is sky rocketing..??? rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif.. wonder where is the site for this Aldora.??? hmm.gif  anyone can comment..

The next launch superlink is just beside Fuego and would be the last launch..High spec come with solar power..facing the lake.Modern facade. The new proposed west coast highway is crossing right infront of ellis house and at the back of existing Taman Mutiara house..The future launch will be the area beside Setia Alam. That area is more towards industrial SME lot.Not many houses will be built there.Probably 70% Industrial 30% housing..Low cost apartment and SIME ex estate squatter house also there..I can see a lot of electric substation there and also water reserved tank.

haha..U must be waiting for their G&G SEMI D and bungalow .Its going to be next 2 years after the completion of the area beside Setia. That area for high end house is the whole stretch up to Klang Sentral. But cant imagine how high the price would be since superlink already close to 1 million.

The spec in detail not yet out.But there is 7 room in total and come with solar.I think its overpriced also compared to their previous 2 1/2 super link. Its about 100 over unit.

it does sound overpriced to me as well. but to give them benefit of doubt, let's just wait until the full specs are published then only we judge from there. maybe it has got a damn huge built up and high output capacity of solar PV (well the cost of solar PV is still quite high at this point of time unfortunately).

I think they are prepping the Jln Meru entrance so that it's easier to turn into a junction in the future.

do you have statistics to prove that BBR buyers are for own stay?

to me, any launches that sold out by hours or days....chances are more speculators than own stayers....

yeah...damn true...i agree with beancounter

I think the drainage issue is only temporary due to the construction.

From Google Earth you can see the older phase of BBR is about 8-9m above sea level and current phase is about 11-12m

ah.. the area there fundamentally low compared to other surroudings. Thus, if the weather turn bad, the bigger risk for flooding. It may not solve with the drainage alone as the entire area is low side. Water coming in from all angle.

If the area is low, nothing much can be done.
Except with better drainage only...
Otherwise big shit la the whole development..

SD should dig the lake deeper to prevent banjir... instead of sending out memo to owner.. now most of the drain at housing area sambung to the main drain ... and the main drain pulak sambung straight to the lake... I alway mentioned that the water are not flowing anywhere in the drain because it already full at both lake...

Added on November 24, 2011, 8:56 amIf really banjir happen only once in BBR... habislah development ini and property value di BBR... sure drop like no tomoro and people start to avoid this area... whether for investment or own stay...

a flood prone development? oh come on SD. you should know what to do before you developed the area! now sending out memo to the tenants? must be a joke!
