Any master/guru can commment about the location of house no.25 ( PT117024 ), is it facing road? Concern about the feng-shui of the house, being "Sha Qi" etc...

Went to friend of mine house at Paloma BBR this evening. When passing by the security check point at the main entrance, the boom barrier will automatically be lifting up with just an iconic handwave without identifying the visitor particulars. We can understand if is a freebie from developer BUT u know what , the residents there are paying 75 per mth for this services!
