is there anybody here using Linksys WMP54G v4.1 with gutsy? i'm considering to buy it but after some time of googling, i found out from some forums that there's a conflict between gutsy and rt61.. is it fixed now??

im using firefox 3 beta 4 for linux.
abit slow when scrolling
and when clicking middle button that is not on a link, an error will come out

it seems like, what ever lines/word/link that u copy (ctrl+c)
when u click the middle button(not on a link), it will try to open it

-then shows the driver
-then what?
how to ./configure? forgot already..waaaa...n make?

Dude what graphic card are you using? It's easier to help that way...

its not driver for graphic card but driver for quickcam logitech
file name qc-usb-messenger-1.7.tar.gz

already cd until the file name

if u dun have checkinstall please install and use it...



checkinstall will install the driver as a DEB package, so later on, you can easily remove it by...



i think when u want to compile it, you are going to need to download a lot of libraries...

Ubuntu does have a driver for the Logitech Quickcam in the repositories, there is no need to install it from source. Follow the instructions here.

Flash player is also in the repository
