so whats the status of this project now? after the MEH sale of e/subang to PHB. will we see completion of all MEH projects in d/perdana soon, before the sea games?
looked at some of the so called early VP unit pics on iproperty, Hmmm! Interior looks a bit untidy (masonry works , seals and so on). Of course can't really examine closely without site visit. U should go look at the VPed units. How the authorities and architect see the units are fit for occupancy is beyond me.

I remember seeing a blog some time last year that a lot things still unfinished even after CCC n handover of keys...Owners of the new Empire Dsara, is it still problem til now? Some frens staying there telling me cannot get Unifi,Maxis broadband, TIME all bcos cables not in yet...True?

Im starting action to claim LAD. 708 days delay walawww... workmanship oso like horse shit. water sipping in the walls, flooring badly done, many part of the property also not plastered...

Take the photo and launch a report to Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM), complain that Architect not doing proper certification for CCC.As long as there are many and significant numbers of individual to start filing to LAM, will be encouraging for LAM to take action against the Architect.
