For those who say empire going bust.... here is a piece of good news

Yeah....but I am sure MyEG did their homework before buying. Shows confidence that completion is not an issue

Those I beam support looks scary. Steel not like RC needs periodic maintenance. it gets rusty and deteriorates over time.

At ec, those fully sold have or nearly VP. However, works remain suspended on those kept by meh.

Whether meh could resume works should be known by end of next month.

Some already vped many months ago.

Halo and Sunday already got moving in

The major issue is those parcels retained by MEH I believe where non completion affecting the interest of other stakeholders.

I see people and bull dozers working at the sites, not many people. Saw 2 units under repair with workers in the units.
