Hi, what is the status of this property?

I'm quite impress with the daring construction layout when I pass by it. shocking.gif

Is it completely sold out ?

Boss sthg must hav gone wrong somewhere. Tis RE is limited edition and hard to come by. It wont be stagnant in price. The onli way to go is rocket direction. Gravity doesn't apply here.

wow, 4.1mil.
Assuming 70% loan, means need to folk out 30%, or 1.2mil, and
monthly instalment is Rm15k. Well done !!

He claims tat he nvr buy athg with dp. Assumed he might hike the spa price to literally cheat the bank.

Only chap-pa-lang developers willing to mark up 30% to so as the purchasers pay nothing when signing SPA, but banks not that stupid nowadays.

Big names developers not that accommodating

Some of the early buyers have taken legal actions against the developer, while the developer still launches the new phases.
The completed units still not good for move in as the other phases which shares the same entrance still under construction.

so no one has moved in so far? how long has it been vped already?

the buildup is huge but at 3.5 storey - its a mighty effort to climb those stairs day in day out
