Yes lots of problem there still but the JMB are working hard to rectify problem bit by bit. Developer are also working with other developer to finish up the remaining parcel. It’s not great but it’s getting better. Pay a visit yourself to the club and the houses with agent and judge yourself. A cafe is coming up soon at the club. Btw it’s not expensive now perhaps once again you all can consider.

Sad indeed these days so many shitty projek . govt should put moratorium , no developemtn of new projek for next two years !

The quality of home is in big question mark now having dragged so long, bear in mind that the houses are built on very very steep slope.
looking at the heavily rusted steel bars will scare you like hell.
Even they are all completed one day, the maintenance is a big headache for all owners.

Why dont the owners file a lawsuit against the developer? well not sure if they are doing so but
they should. These are not cheap houses by any means..

with the capital injection they obtained, is ER considered the top priority?

it's a classic case of even if they win they still lose. as in with ER completion, doubt that they made anything out of it or would they receive praises/compliments. with the completion, reckon that owners may even proceed with proper litigation on the LD.

their only ace in the sleeve is still the EC. but maybe that is not up to them anymore and resting on their partner.

all in all, good thing for the purchaser. nightmare is finally over or is it just the beginning.
