At ec, those fully sold have or nearly VP. However, works remain suspended on those kept by meh.

Whether meh could resume works should be known by end of next month.

It’s not great but it’s getting better. Pay a visit yourself to the club and the houses with agent and judge yourself. A cafe is coming up soon at the club. Btw it’s not expensive now perhaps once again you all can consider.

This project was launched during kv property bull run. moratorium will restrict supply, cause buyers to chase like during bullrun; as it will be sold regardless; developer couldn't less, built quality could only worsen.

in the contrary, more should be built and only allowed to sell after vped, so buyers could inspect and choose, not based on fancy imagination.

bbb/uuu used to advocated; they were rewarded for risks they took; similarly, they reap the bad fruits.

it's a classic case of even if they win they still lose. as in with ER completion, doubt that they made anything out of it or would they receive praises/compliments. with the completion, reckon that owners may even proceed with proper litigation on the LD.

The resources needed to finish ec is substantially more than er. besides, ec still couldn't generate cash flow.
