the specs say parcel 10 size is 30x50 = 1500sft. this is the actual house's land size.
llot size ie BU of house 4600 sft. means the house is approx 30x40 sft per floor x 4 floors, possibly the ground floor has a small 'porch' or unbuilt garden area of 30x10 ft.

so what is that accessory parcel 2531 sft. ?

not sure about empire quality, whereas samling DPC quality is there for all to see.
but DP location is probably better as it's nearer to PJ and don't have to pay toll to go to the curve, and don't need to pay another toll and make a u-turn to go back to DPC.

one thing i can say about empire damansara soho, the spider man cladding looks way cool from outside, but if you are the owner of a unit that is directly behind the iron cladding, ahem! you won't be too happy with empire.

Already expired almost nine 9 months.
2 scenarios

1.Accept the letter of extension 6 months from ER show  puchaser consent given. IF THE PROJECT completed before CNY .Customer will have LAD 11 to 12 months compensation 10% aroung 130k to 200k.
2. Not agree with extension.Purchaser not advisable to sue developer ,this will drag/delay VP handover and serving interes is painful.
Purchaser should group all the non agree buyer to sue THE ENGINEER,as the extension from housing ministry will study example ROCK below  ground why not detected from early.
Engineer have to answer.
If the no 2 ok .you may entitle at least 15 months.

simple aswer yes you will get at least 11 to 12 months LAD.

Why should purchaser sue the ENGINEER? Purchaser signed S&P with developer. Purchaser has no contract with the engineer. As far as I know, purchaser should sue developer, and developer countersue the engineer (engineering firm, you mean).

so whats the status of this project now? after the MEH sale of e/subang to PHB. will we see completion of all MEH projects in d/perdana soon, before the sea games?
looked at some of the so called early VP unit pics on iproperty, Hmmm! Interior looks a bit untidy (masonry works , seals and so on). Of course can't really examine closely without site visit.
Anyone managed to get LAD? For eg AT2 i read MKLand did pay out some LAD.

i'm sorry, isn't SPA signed already? How to cut loss? stop payment? you can still be sued for the entire amount, unless there is a termination clause in the contract whereby you forfeit the 20%
