Many strata title props r selling at total BU in order to charge the maintenance fee and sinking fund based on the total BU.

Nett BU is gd when u brag the psf u can afford to spend on ur purchase onli.

In real u r paying ethg including car porch as well as accessory parcels which most if not all required maintenance fee in long run. Anyhow the maintenance part is stil practically under ur own care. laugh.gif
