SHOCKING NEWS ::::: I met my a friend of mine for coffee today whois one of the owner of Empire Damansara studio (Mammoth Developer) as well as a agent bringing his clients for rental viewing.

What he told me was a shocking issue that i think action have to be taken. Atfirst when i heard the rumors about this issue "for the 1st time" amonth ago, i thought i was just a hoax news.

However, Today my friend and other 10 innocent people ALMOST LOST THEIR LIVES in Empire Damasara Studio LIFT. when the LIFT FELL FROM 15th floor to GROUND FLOOR in 2-3secs throwing victims airborne, and my friend was terrified and frightened, the other victims in the lift were crying for help and some kept them calm. Eventually locked in the lift for another 30mins before rescue arrived!!! WTF!!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd incidents that had happend in Empire Damansara studio as far im concerned, i dont know how many other incidents besides this.

Im sorry for those investors, owners, agents, or Mammoth developer. Being fair or unfair to you whether it will affect your property value, potential for renting or subsale, reputation of developer, I DONT GIVE A SHIT coz my friend together with 10people almost lost their lives,

I AM NOT ABLE TO TOLERATE AND KEEP THIS ISSUE DISCREET HIDING AGAINST INNOCENT LIVES..!!! What if The next time this happens and there are no safety line to hold on to the lift... Remember the EXPLOSION INCIDENT IN "SUBANG EMPIRE GALLERY" 2years ago? It took less than 1 week to close file and news/rumors/public media covering up the scenes behind. What are the consequences and compensation that the victim recieved? Lives lost!! Ring your bells yet...?????

Anyway, I advised my friend (victim) to seek legal advise and file a law suit against the developer or whoever it is involve, but they are not courageous enough to defend themself but i am here writing and reporting this issue publicly in PTLM to create awareness on this issue to seek for further proceedings on this case if somebody is willing to stand up to remand further explaination on this case. I hope someone out there will take further actions on this incidents,

Up till now, there are NO REPORTS or update on this case yet.

Let me share with you why i must die die buy this property. The best part at the bottom considering some "HIGHLY CLASSIFIED" informations but nevermind lah, share with you guys...

I am sure many people doesnt even know this project exist because during 2012 launching, Empire Residence was launched parcel by parcel and it is so limited that Empire group regulars, Internal people & Business associates already bought everything available. By looking at the concept itself and the location, buyers dont even ask about the layout, details, misc fees, not even looking at pictures... Buyers no question asked and fight for units. At one times there are people looking towards to pay undertable up to hundred thousand to buyer over from buyers who got unit.

This is the most impressive Gated & Guarded concept development in the market today, located in the hilltop of Damansara Perdana and i believe there will never be another development that can replace this. So i called it a Limited edition property.

Empire Residence with a total of 700 units of that sits on a 60 acres land hill top in Damansara Perdana. Cumon, 60acres with 700units means 1acres for 11 units. For condomonium 1 acre how many unit? 300-400units. For normal Landed house 1 acres can build how many units? 15-20. So i tell you this is a SUPER LOW density G&G Resort Town Villas development.

With the price of RM4,100,000, (RM300psf++) The series that i buy is a 15,000sf Super link Modern contemporary Resort style Villa, new launch at Parcel 11 called "DOLCÈ" series with only 16 units on the highest point of the hilltop.

There are other limited edition series such as "Brownstone Series" (15 units) 7500sf with Lift, which resembles the old english Colonial style super link house with private pool right infront your courtyard.

This is not only concept, talking about "LOCATION", i can tell you this property sits in the MOST HAPPENING township in the whole Malaysia, "Damansara". Without even require to drive into central of CBD Kuala Lumpur, Everything is just within 5-10minutes driving of 2-3km radius.

The reason why only certain property increases in value in such a short time because there are so many "LANDMARKS" in one area and it resembles an "ADDRESS" that gives an individual a higher society in a social status where people want to live there.
