Depending on phases, pool villa is RM0.22 and hilltop are 0.18 psf if not mistaken.

Make sense. Those houses on metal stilts or whatever it calls look scary to me too. I wouldnt want spend above million and worry about my family safety subsequently.

Even if low floor (3rd or 4th) got any chance for capital appreciation in future?
New to Damansara Perdana area... i drove past.... a lot of traffic, but thats expected or highly dense and urban area. |
