Quite close as I can see from my view, staying Exclusive condo.

From first time (1 and half year ago) until now, construction moving quite fast and now so nice... but seem like only completed 40% as those construction at the back site is still building up.

Just got it from friend..She told me the landscape is beautiful.
Parcel 1 2 and 5 almost complted.

For those who die die want damansara perdana, why not look for rafflesia which is just slightly further in. Same leasehold like this empire residence but much bigger landsize. The subsale price has been stagnant for as long as i know, so maybe there is some value in it now.

Rafflesia is going for RM2.3m for the 1st phase and those are the ones near high tension cables plus they are not on real gated concept. It's really a guarded concept.

Bigger land size semi-d vs guarded small land size terrace basically it is. Even those not near HTC price have not gone up a lot , that is why MK land sales of their latest raffesia have been slow.
