I may have different opinion with you ,im not an agent .i am a full time investor property.For sure you know we have 36 mth to rectify the defect so far i have not heard empire not doing this.
Empire group is new we should give them chances.Do you know empire service condo appreciate more than 100% and a lot of buyer making their fortune ,some very young .
i will give thumb up on their subang shooping center , this will translate well on the empire city at dp.in just around 5 year the whole dp lanscape building trasformation change from normal to high skyscraper.which mk land fail to do it previously.
Consumer today are not stupid they not simply buy buy buy..they think think think buy.
btw let talk about empire residence .

3 years ago average purchase price 3++ if completed follow surrounding worst psf 5++ which tranlate to 70% gain.
The best part LAD payment 10 % average 1.5mm late 12 month.All purchaser will get bonus 150k during vp.

I STILL WONDERING WHERE TO BUY A 4 FLOORS LANDED APARTMENT ,NEW DESIGN, PRIME AREA WITH ONLY 1.3 MM.Built up 3300 sf.
