Pool villa 85% sold out ,same with condo.At the end consumer still think this is a good buy as the location and modern design accepted well .Desa park city is just 5 min from DP price different a lot.

The best part LAD payment 10 % average 1.5mm late 12 month.All purchaser will get bonus 150k during vp.
Btw if anybody victimised by developer in any sort bullying you may go to KPDN or MOH department,you will suprise is really fast respond from them.goggle and get the contact no.
I STILL WONDERING WHERE TO BUY A 4 FLOORS LANDED APARTMENT ,NEW DESIGN, PRIME AREA WITH ONLY 1.3 MM.Built up 3300 sf.

From day one the forum mention landslide ,flood and negative comment.The project still go on strong.by lauching phase 6 and 7 people still not let go pouring cold water hahhaha.......human really funny.

This is a link house ,no choice you have to be close unless is bangalow.

About the legs for girl i know the thinner the better.For sure the engineer designed the building structure and approved it, so far the legs still standing not collapsed yet.what make you feel thin is not safe?

500-600 per sq ft base on surrounding value.. built up ranging from 3000-5500 sf ft.
Cant wait to see their final appearance . One of the best design so far encounter.
Choice of landed
good project to consider compare with old design BU,TTDI or super expensive desa park city.
Any feedback?

yeah agree on the thought. at first was really interested in the concept and the way they presented it but after seeing the development myself i think there is no free/cheap meal in this world. sure cut down alot of bricks shakehead.gif

This is call wall panel new technology to replace brick.To be more accurate.We call it REINFORCED CONCRETE WALL.Stronger and sound resistance proven.More expensive than brick 20 %$$$.

The reason I got the upper deck unit is because I approach the sales with the LOA (loan approval letter), therefore I can actually secure the booking ahead of all the waiting list. One of my friend delay by thinking end up buying the lower part facing condo.


For the friends who gotten 50% loan my advice is to


1.if you intend to buy,sign the snp.
2.Dont accept the loan .Since this projecr take 48 months
3.you may wait until another 12 to 18 month to increse your income reduce your commitment.
4.then gor for 70%.
5.dont rush if you intend for low margin.

The project is 80% completed ,yes the developer may have wrong on some issue .
I should credit them with bringing damansara perdana with a boom.The biggest empire city in malaysia.
Cursing them and spread negative news will ad salt /pain to the buyer and market.

i still had hope on tis project.The only superlink in DP.

Already expired almost nine 9 months.
2 scenarios

1.Accept the letter of extension 6 months from ER show puchaser consent given. IF THE PROJECT completed before CNY .Customer will have LAD 11 to 12 months compensation 10% aroung 130k to 200k.


2. Not agree with extension.Purchaser not advisable to sue developer ,this will drag/delay VP handover and serving interes is painful.
Purchaser should group all the non agree buyer to sue THE ENGINEER,as the extension from housing ministry will study example ROCK below ground why not detected from early.
Engineer have to answer.
If the no 2 ok .you may entitle at least 15 months.

simple aswer yes you will get at least 11 to 12 months LAD.
