Maintenance fees on Pool Villa is RM0.22 psqft

Pool Villa - Type A
Lot Size is 23 X 46
Parcel: 2,478 sqft
Accessory 828 sqft
Total 3,306 sqft

Type B
Lot Size:23' X 37'
Parcel: 2,478 sqft
Accessory: 669 sqft
Total 3,147

Accessory should be the 3 underground carparks directly beneath your house

Pool Villa is the smallest and cheapest for Parcel 6 and 7. There are bigger ones that are really HUGE. Never see details as out of reach.

Short I would say. But Damansara Perdana, Landed. What to do. Bigger ones are out of reach d. Bigger and Cheaper means Further, like Semenyih?

Anyway, its 3.5 floors. Decent for a family of 4 / 5 I guess.

Tai Kos,

i pass by the project side last weekend and i saw the thin legs supporting the houses on the slope and also noticed the houses are actually really close to each other by only one layer of thin brick.

is that normal? safe? and when argue with wife in the house neighbour can hear?? hahahahah!

leng Chai,

This is a link house ,no choice you have to be close unless is bangalow.

About the legs for girl i know the thinner the better. For sure the engineer designed the building structure and approved it, so far the legs still standing not collapsed yet.what make you feel thin is not safe?

500-600 per sq ft base on surrounding value.. built up ranging from 3000-5500 sf ft.
Cant wait to see their final appearance . One of the best design so far encounter.
Choice of landed
good project to consider compare with old design BU,TTDI or super expensive desa park city.
Any feedback?
