Pool villa 85% sold out ,same with condo.At the end consumer still think this is a good buy as the location and modern design accepted well .Desa park city is just 5 min from DP price different a lot.

Dont be mislead by it built up. Check out wat r included as its built up then u will know it is not as big as u think.
