Base on some people "logic" , I would suggest them to consider to get a floral damamsara unit and dump in another 100k-200k in to renovate it as grand as a palace!

Hahaha exactly. U know why, we as Malaysians are so used to abuses, we take it as normal loo. Like this how la to be progressive. If in USA, there will be class action civil suit already la. Come on la... Like this also can, I cannot imagine as a human being, we get abuse by friends and spouses, still we accept. Know your own worth, and know the limits.

Our watsapp group friend is opening a shop here as well. Preparing for soft launch of part 1 of the mall in end Nov.
They have signed up a couple of first-time in Malaysia brands, several anchor tenants as well as some luxury designer brands (which will open later). |

because in auction market got many choice
why bother in this sick and risk project, even down to 250k, nobody will bid bidder have to concerned about the risk of transfer name(the whole project have't finish and ccc yet, so no strata title.), the money need to spend (stamp duty, loan agreement )or any condition can't mention more and more unit are ready to put into auction market especially newly done project. |
