soon alot of bankrupcy ... esp those speculator buying in bulk.. now cant rent out , cant sell, cant stay, but need to service the loan.. auction also, not many wanted to take risk to bid...

issue to consider if buying from a problematic developer
for those who want to pick " dead chicken" ... please think x2 water leaking window cannot close pipe burst drainage problem ventilation problem wiring problem tiles+ finishing when this happen, can u depend on the developer to fix for u when the developer have more issue to settle cheap thing can become cheaper, just my 2 cents... |
