soon alot of bankrupcy ... esp those speculator buying in bulk.. now cant rent out , cant sell, cant stay, but need to service the loan.. auction also, not many wanted to take risk to bid...

Bid with cash? Don't think u can get financing for this kind of unit..the valuer will have difficulty to value the unit.bank most likely won't give out loan...

issue to consider if buying from a problematic developer
for those who want to pick " dead chicken" ...

please think x2

water leaking
window cannot close
pipe burst
drainage problem
ventilation problem
wiring problem
tiles+ finishing

when this happen, can u depend on the developer to fix for u when the developer have more issue to settle

cheap thing can become cheaper,

just my 2 cents...

The 1 u mentioned are those developer who will care for their reputation....of course they will fix for u that why they are branded.

If VP can be that bad, do u think the developer care about that.They have more thing to do to complete the project...

Any thing in your unit is considered minor..

the condo is not about 1 unit. your neigbour also is important
please dont forget your neigbour, esp the level above u..if their unit with bad workmanship
everyday leak to your building, than good luck 2 u

the developer might too busy to complete building...
