Most developers achilles heel is cash flow. If buyer/borrower could substantial and have proof of over claimed, could bring to the attention of their banks CEO, head of credit department, head of risks department, members of bod and bnm.

i wouldn't be surprised if more 'accidents' will crop out soon in their development. :gulp:

Doubt anything worthy could be done on payment made. If there are enough number of complain made to banks and bnm, banks would be reluctant to extend credit to irresponsible developer and perhaps fewer buyer will suffer in the future.

got business sure bank will do. after all its not the bank money at risk, its mostly the buyers. all we can do as consumer is to keep complaining, fight for rights, and boycott dev that screw with us.
