Not saying to encourage people not paying their maintenance fee. I just think that it's too much to increase empire subang's fee to such high extent, but with current facility n expenses that they're having.
It has to be fair

they purposely asked police to standby and security standing in front only letting owners in. The security even blocked late comers to enter the agm to vote. (Shake head)

I notice that the facade and all artistic feature that this developer put on really required huge sum for maintanence. They use many steel work , mesh... that wont really last. Need periodic maintainance, galvanizing or repainting. The painting seem to fade and peel off quick too...
