You see, we also buy & sell prop before, and definitely not the 1st time for us go through VP, we know what we saying.

Try take a look at recent VP of Mcity ampang... definitely a huge different.

That's why i said, there a hidden statement one of the party didn't voice it. Now Mr lim also said is misleading the info, but never explain why and how he get into that level when there's staff bringing them up. From the moment he said misleading, why he still keep quiet on that part of statements? I just find it weird, if you want to accuse someone...the A to Z statement must be crystal clear and wont be gone half way and come ending just simple like that?

I apologize if my knowledge is not strong as anyone here, i just wanna share what is truth and not truth. Never think of side any side of them.

the whistle blower just explained in his FB where he showed his correspondence evidence with developer staff on the handover to confirm the unit number.

clearly developer is shxting in the pants now and asking few cyber troopers to sanitize/damage control by throwing smoke screens here wink.gif

from the way u posted i m almost certain at 99% u have not bought anything or for that matter deal anything in contruction with this dev OR u r one of them(which u claim u r not)

if u had......u will not even go into the details to find out cos u already know this dev is exactly that type of company and persons
try ask ES.....to ED to now ER those owners that have taken their units

No body try to bail Mr Lim here.
We all here as investor have few opinion on the way the developer handle the situation.
We talk fact, SOP, and underhand tactic by developer.
This just tip of the iceberg, lots of ppl don't raise up becos they think they have small voice.
The statement you throw at me also can be use back to you. Who are you to comment Mr.Lim predicament?

Anyway if wanna see fact, please visit Mr.Lim FB, he has upload all email correspondence & document to support his claims.

If really what that Mr Lim guy claimed is really true, all I gotta say is wow..MEH really got the guts to deliver VP in that condition. Those pics look like stage 2c only. Lol

rolleyes.gif mr.jinsailoo, our company kena audit for few projects b4 by various Authorities, of coz all passed without problem. it is a normal practice in the industry such to prevent cases like EC to happen, for newly completed project or even project completed in pass few years.

maybe malaysia different class laugh.gif

Key lesson learnt here for me is don't buy property from bad developer who will screw buyers by not delivering the promise and cutting all corners

imho, developer reputation is higher priority than pricing in the selection criteria
