Nice from far. When you go near, workmanship is very rough and low.

Mammoth style is always to attract. Hence outlook, facade and common area must be loud and striking. But once enter into the unit, it is entirely different story.
Their philosophy is outside is developers image. Inside is nothing to do with me liao.
Hence they only put effort to beautiful area visible to the public.
Btw, I have never seen anybody plant trees so much in advance prior to completion.
But all in all, congrats to all purchasers. Looks like they strike jackpot if they deliver the project.
Looking good and forming to be an iconic place to be soon.

I was quite surprised. Workmanship may not be the best but so far I only noticed minor defects. How about other owners?

Who wants to abandon their own project even if it is a sold out and dev not holding any unit project?
and who even wants to abandon  project where dev got so much vested interest at stake...
the reality is abandon projects does happen ....and it happen and happen and happen....again and again.....for so many reasons

lets hope not cos buyers are all bleeding now paying instalments and never been given a single key

I think Empire took ER project funds to helping EC previously....

ER progress only about 20% but they have claimed till 70%....

nothing can be done as not protected under HDA.....

I cannot reveal publicly some of the tactics used by the developer to cover but I guess I have several advice for MEH investors here:

1. Please ensure you have a contact no. of the MEH person who dealing with your unit. Kindly communicate with the person as often as possible.

2. Kindly jot down whatever disatisfaction that you have on paper / black and white. This must be attached with photos taken during your inspection or visit. (Note: please don't bother other person's unit if its not related to you)

3. Kindly refrain from posting or circulating any of your pictures on internet first-hand as this will protect yourself from getting into legal troubles as developer side has protected themselves well ya.

4. You have to be prepared on several main things:
- You cannot obtain the key until full completion of your unit.
- You have to have enough money to sustain full instalment and maintenance charges for at least 6 months.
- You need to get to know some lawyer friends that might able to advice you if any thing happened.

they dont sound confident. just arrogant. is this any way to treat customers? they should learn from tan n tan and send their staff incl these high rankers to japan to get a diploma hospitality.
