EMPIRE CITY @ Damansara Perdana/Mutiara Damansara, Mixed Development Project in Damasara KL

Hello peeps, after a bit googling, found out that empire city is the one next to bkt lanjan....... so location..not bad....access road maybe a bit crampt but im sure they will have a solution soon  dev units still available? I just drop a message at their official site.. already saw adverts on propwall  but no harm in trying... saw on wikimapia, empire city 2 and empire city 3 behind metropolitan square....  empire residence looks more promising but more pricey with limited bullets...i guest im still window shopping |

Can I know when they will VP means deliver key leh???
Knowing that will VP on End of 2014 but keep delaying leh.. Owner must happy, can claim interest from developer...

Guys. 1 thing make me worry is, seem like on current progress, probably the last stage of bank disbursement(last 5%) will release after April? If there is a case, we will kena gst 6%. As this is commercial loan.
