It might be the system auto generated letter as the project is delayed. Is better to call them to check.

95% released so fast? SOS still like 70% done only..

From the current stage I think 5-6 months from now it's really doubtful for me....

Spa already due, wonder the developer afford the LAD...

Or they "willing" to pay.

My friend bought a condo and it was delayed by 3 months. When handover, the developer also gave him a letter regarding LAD and the calculation of the penalty amount.
