How much is the entry price for Colonial? 200-300K is it? The pic that Sheilaram showed also does not look very good especially when you see close up.

300-400K entry price and the delivery is so poor. A lot of people who took loans for 30 years will eventually be paying double the price.

Oh is it? All the workers inside lar...the site looks so sad. Everyday I drive past see the dead leaves and dying trees....like abandon project.

I pity all those end buyers who buy from investors with such mindset. Disregard the horrible quality and finishing and pass it on to their buyer. Just to make money these investors ask people to keep quiet on all the quality issues so that they can "laugh all the way to the bank".
