If their targeted market is majority, then the tenant selection should be based on the majority's needs and favorites.

If their targeted market is minority, then you can see the difference between Midvalley and the Garden.

They shld mix garden n MV in one mall.. its doable like KLCC.. gt normal brands inside also.. must focus on FnB also.. msians prefer to makan than shop tongue.gif tongue.gif NLA is 2million here.. gt more than enuf space to fit in mid end n high end brands.

First time buying, so i need to seek for some advice. I have 800 nett saving plus another 800 monthly rental. Assuming i will buy for my own stay, you think enough for the loan? And isit the unit all sold out? so I have to find others seller for tat?

bank need to know ur income ,not net saving...market price for studio is expected 350k .

Passed by the development. Somehow the finishing is not as good as one wants and definitely quite worse off compared to empire subang.

Errr.. Mind to tell what's your nett income? any commitment at this moment? car loan, personal loan, credit card credit limit?

Sound like you don't have 10% downpayment for subsales, means you wanna option for skim rumah pertama?

maybe you can refer their website see have you met their requirement before consider it

Nett income around 3k (basic+allowance). No loan at all currently. Ya, i don have any down payment.

my basic and allowance is fix, unless i got go outstation, which can be claim allowance (seldom).
dont have any card and loan. PTPTN only (2xx /month) but hvn start paying. blush.gif
The problem now is, i start work from september. Not enuf 1 year.

no credit card means no credit history, you better start apply & use credit card. Every mth settle fully.
