visited ED ytday. im quite impressive with studio long entrance, more to contemporary. i think its at LG... same with SOHO1.

Cant locate SOHO2 ent. So no comment there.

So SOHO2 total height is 4 inches higher then SOHO1.

SOHO2 = 192 inch (16 ft)
SOHO1 = 188 inch (15.5 ft)

BEWARE!!! Empire Damansara's unit does not comes with car park. You have to pay for it RM100/mth for 1 car.

ED studio can be good. It depends on how you ID it.

Usually mixed development, is 4 years period. Anything more, will incur LAD.

no credit card means no credit history, you better start apply & use credit card. Every mth settle fully.

ED yes can be unlucky to get leak unit. But the location is superb, stone throw away from IKEA, EC and upcoming MRT station.
