This developer really delivered "shits". Many of my mates got it and i witnessed it during vp. It was rock solid shits from workers...no joke. Not to say the kok fah teh on the floor. Yes, when u opened ur door then it welcomed you. Lol. Thank god this rock solid nuggets turned gold. Thats why you dont see many ppls rant here. Lol.

People who dun even know where this project is complain about how expensive it is now

Hehehe now of course no la everyone drop spec already.

Last year everyone in here curse them kaw kaw sure abandon, company no money, site no ppl work etc etc today everything is coming up nicely

Depends which shoe you wear in the end. As an owner, if ownstay u ll curse. If investment, as long as you make money, i think less rants as money in the pockets. Property enthusist probably ll talk the most. The experience with this developer was one of the best memories i had in property investment. How you interpret it will be depend from which angle you come from. Lol.

i would say yes to Empire Damansara/ Empire City for their location. less than 1-2 km from Ikea, the curve and one utama.

in term of quality , i think mammoth developer need to improve and fix the defects, otherwise will affect their EC2 in future.

i would say it is a good start to buy a studio/soho in Empire for own stay / investment. after few years sell it and change to bigger condo. rclxms.gif good luck.

soho 725sqft is rm 490-510k , depends low,mid/high floor.

if 1000 sqft, studio is around 360k, looks possible. but for soho 725k is impossible. rclxub.gif
