This developer really delivered "shits". Many of my mates got it and i witnessed it during vp. It was rock solid shits from workers...no joke. Not to say the kok fah teh on the floor. Yes, when u opened ur door then it welcomed you. Lol. Thank god this rock solid nuggets turned gold. Thats why you dont see many ppls rant here. Lol.

i would say yes to Empire Damansara/ Empire City for their location. less than 1-2 km from Ikea, the curve and one utama.
in term of quality , i think mammoth developer need to improve and fix the defects, otherwise will affect their EC2 in future. i would say it is a good start to buy a studio/soho in Empire for own stay / investment. after few years sell it and change to bigger condo. |
