Reserve parking AREA only for resident but consider first come first serve random parking.
Please go back home early if you do not want to walk too far from the lift. whistling.gif

Maybe he directly contact the owner. Save the commission . Peace ... 400k for low floor maybe able to negotiate. 250k for studio low floor looks reasonable as middle high is only 270k-280k.

Officially rent out the studio at 1.2k for Malaysian couple. Basic unit with heater and lighting. Middle high facing the curve. 363sqft. Good luck

My tenant is MALAYsian. An OL working in Solaris dutamas. Previously staying in Ritze perdana.

Will ED affect the rest of the studio in DP like Ritze and Neo ?

agreed with donald. a lot of tenants waiting for the completion of the project. anyway my tenanst will move in to the studio on dec.
