at least above 15 floor only can consider high floor. 310-330k is for empire damansara studio only. not empire city

Empire city still not ready to VP??

Already more than the contractual 48 months from the S&P Dates...

Do we need to write into developer or do anything, in order to ensure we able to receive LD for late VP? vmad.gif mad.gif sad.gif

Provided they pay. ED they paid then claimed back certain late payment interest due to bank's late disbursement. Also amount was small n not large number of units. This EC so many units...i think drama ll come.

Nope. Just checked the S&P, it is stated that VP must deliver within 42 months (3.5 years) from the date of S&P or approval date of building plan, whichever is later.

Question now is when the building plan was approved?

Wow! Dis is new to me. Approval date of building plan? Try to get fr developer. They suppose to reveal it since its part of clauses in SnP. Based on 42months, whn is vp date? I think dis project already delayed. If not mistaken, taiko pai also has some unit. But since under dibs, damage to purchaser is limited. Anyway dis is a good buy. The sleek buildin is nice. But quality wise, good luck to all.

DP ll be oversupplied..all studio n pigeon holes. Rental ll continue to go down.....look at empie city..thousands of unit

Empire city owners yes, it is a delay project. Best to seek lawyer advice for compensation .

It is a good concept, but i dont think enough population to fit in this area. Unlike KL or subang.
