I have a problem with Caller ID. On my old telephone (non-DEC, TM 'approved', about 10 years old, with Caller ID capability), there is a problem with Caller ID. The first time (after a long time of no usage) of the phone, it does fails to trigger the caller ID. If I disconnect the call and I call the line again immediately (using my handphone), it will show the caller id no. This however, DOES NOT HAPPEN on the supplied DEC (as well as my other Panasonic DEC wireless phones). Can you test this out and let me know??

Do you need to call Unifi CS to activate the Called ID feature?

no u are wrong, I applied @ Tmpoint , wait 2 weeks nothing come, I called Unifi center instead, I ask them to check the system, it turns out that I was unregistered to them. This prove what? TMpoint didnt do the registration for me to Unifi department. I do a phone registration via Unifi call center, the next day they email the receipt for confirmation and date of installation. Everything went well after that.

Bro end of this month no more free premium channels and no more points. Could be extended, but at the end of the day it's not going to be free for users registered on July or August. It is only free for VIP20. Damn sucky. Affordable my foot man. Where got more affordable internet service.

yerp. TM point always 'forgot' to process the order.  Call tmunifi, no order.  Have to re-register through phone. Happened to me twice already at tmpoint cyberjaya.

You need to call  CS in order to activate caller ID..

aiks... that's a case where i wanted to cancel the voice plan... but tmpoint didn't process it....
hopefully this will not happen to my unifi application.....

well then you have to call back tomorrow if they haven't email you the confirmation letter.

oh... there will be a confirmation email send to me eh?? hmmm... i just checked, the email add that the cs type without a "c" at the .com..hopefully they won't stupid till send the email to xxxx@hotmail.om..... 

they are sometimes... my email they type wrong though.. after i call them to subscribe, they should send me the confirmation letter few hours letter.. then they called back and tell me send already but i didn't receive it..

then they got my email wrong and resent straight i receive it. so you better call them back tomorrow regarding your confirmation letter. inside got all the details including appointment date, your unifi username blablabla..

I don't know about this but did TM decide to remove the capping permanently? because on the website there are no more GB usage on all packages..







or maybe it's just some soft of marketing strategy?

I understand one has to pay for RM 3 per month for TM fixed line.

First time I press the button and hold it until it change color. Then after that just press once and it ho-liao.

Seems like it depend on which server you select for the speed test. For me I stay in bandar utama. The server in KL give 4.5Mbps wheareas the Cyberjaya give 24.5Mbps. So I would take both results with a grain of salt. It seems like the best way to gauge speed is through your actual internet download.
