Go for it! Almost all the apps open in less than a second, super smooth.
Its how it should be in the first place |

its the same thing.
Make sure you REMOVE any other lagFixes before that. Very simple steps, place the voodoo zip files in INTERNAL sd card, rename it to update.zip go to recovery, apply update.zip there will be cool voice to assist you, wait for it to finish, done. =) |

I wish you good luck. Added on September 14, 2010, 8:16 pm QUOTE(silentser @ Sep 14 2010, 06:41 PM) really need to advice people that are buying to check the recovery and download mode when buying/received I'm curious to know. Would Maxis or other Samsung dealer let you break the seal and honor return when the phone does not get into recovery mode? The rules are not clearly defined. You may have regarded a SGS without recovery mode as defective, but would Samsung consider that?So far, only Samsung Canada responded on their Facebook fan page. The owner of the fan page is yet to be known; it could be false news. Samsung in all other countries, especially UK, have denied exchanging the phone. In other words, I doubt someone can deliberately avoid getting a recovery-disabled SGS. Rather, it's a luck game. This post has been edited by mengsuan: Sep 14 2010, 08:16 PM |

I find that I liked OCLF better than voodoo. Voodoo messed up auto brightness for me. Disabled voodoo and back to OCLF.

If you brick it and can't even enter recovery. Just send it for warranty. Say it suddenly cannot start.
If they themselves can't even go into recovery mode, what makes you think they can check anything? |

Hi I'm just wondering if I get an Android based phone like this SGS, do I need to get a data plan?
I'm currently using a symbian phone with prepaid line only. |

Without data plan, I would say your experience with the phone will be crippled. Its still a good phone with great multimedia function, but, yeah...I'm currently using a symbian phone with prepaid line only. |
