guys, in the keypad setting it has swype settings, however when im trying to type it only give samsung qwerty and other 2....do we need to get the swype app from the market or its already in it?

100% with you on this one.... that is why i asked anyone here on jpk, with funny gps.

1. slow getting satellite signals
2. it loses signal easily... making the program u use to seem... freeze.... and i mean freeze, not hang, esp during navigation,

Hey guys,

do any of you experience the problem of cannot sync contacts with facebook/outlook/ etc after you apply the one click lag fix? is it me or everyone is experiencing the same problem?

Btw, can I mix JM8's PDA file with JM1 Modem and JM1 CSC when I flash?

My battery was draining like water after I flashed to JM8, does that have anything to do with modem / csc file I used? or the lagfix?

I use drocap2.

You wiped to factory defaults and still have your apps? Can you do it again, 'wipe data/factory reset' then 'wipe cache partition', then reboot.

nope..i wiped and all my apps are gone except voodoo ofkos because it is not an apps..previously benny888 flash his SGS without disable voodoo and bricked his phone..lalala....now my phone core process all corrupted..walawei...cannot open no more..only have wallpaper and tonnes of FC pop-up...hahaha

Voodoo for Galaxy S is easy to use and that’s why it’s documentation is extremely short (and why you should read it)

After installing Voodoo, you may want to try another Firmware or revert to the stock kernel.
Because new firmwares or stock kernels don’t understand Ext4 partition or filesystem, a fully automatic re-conversion to RFS and the exact “data” settings from the default configuration is included.

To archive the revert to RFS operation, you need to complete 2 operations :

Create a file or folder named “disable lagfix” in a a directory named “Voodoo” in your internal SD card.
Reboot
Done !

If you forgot to read this giant documentation and installed another Kernel or Firmware without disabling lagfix first, well… that’s too bad, but it’s repairable by 2 options:

Re-installing Voodoo by flashing the Kernel with Odin: Your ext4 data will be back if the previous procedure dind’t format DATA partition
Starting into recovery and wipe data. Warning, like it says, you’ll loose your personal data. If you don’t have backup, use this option in last resort.

This has happened once to me, and the steps listed below helped fix it for me.
