The new KIES update breaks the ability for me to close firmware updater without forcing it to close. Uninstalled old version, removed traces, remove registry but still can't get it fine.

In the end I uninstalled everything entirely. Lol.. Maybe I'll try their future versions.

Guys, I wonder any1 had this prob..my music player seems to be buggy in the sense tat almost 10% of my songs have mixed up the album art..
A lot of my songs have the same album art although I noe I tagged them correctly in my pc previously..no matter
I switch them from my phone to the external mem,or vice versa..the album art sure got prob...any ideas on fixing this?

some application didnt embedded the album art into the mp3. it just put the album covers into the same folder as the mp3, so if you transfer the song to other place, it will still have the same/no album art cover.

you can try using media monkey if im not mistaken. it cam embedded the album art into the mp3.

Nope. Is your 3G accessible at all hours?

You can try to force a sync. Go into that Sync settings. Menu->Sync now.

wassup guys, i got a question. my friend want to claim warranty coz her galaxy s got battery problem but she lost the box that contain purchase proof. her set is under samsung malaysia so how she want to claim?

my 3g is on 24/7

Yup had that problem as well. anyway i just ignored it. But somehow i think it had something to do with the android facebook apps that i use, cause the sync problem started once i had that installed. But just a hunch cause i nvr look into it lol.

exactly, plus Samsung Malaysia set have their sticker on the unit, not to mention the IMEI would prove it is Samsung Malaysia unit. just walk in and tell them its spoiled, left the warranty card back in East Malaysia home. nuff said.

guys, in the keypad setting it has swype settings, however when im trying to type it only give samsung qwerty and other 2....do we need to get the swype app from the market or its already in it?

at the input box (any box that you need to use the keyboard), tap and hold it, choose input method, choose swype
