Hi guys, got my PE HL one month ago, done my first service and mileage reach 1200km++ already.

Got a few problems:
1) zzz sound from dashboard - icm relay problem, cant solve
2) yik yik yik from back seat - solved by slam it hard
3) when wiper turn on first level (slowest), "tik" sound comes from dashboard when wiper up, "tak" when wiper down , 2nd level on wards no sound - complain and tell me solve but still occuring
4) when turn steering got "yik yik" - claim steering parts (dont know what it called)
5) Just now my rubber seal on third brake light peel off.. - gonna complain next time i service.


surprisingly i dont encounter the metal knocking sound during u-turn or going up car park (orifice valve thingy)
btw first service at SC = rm112.90

i wonder.... most cars have rev cut right on the dot of the red zone on the rpm meter.

why on earth Campro's rev cut is at roughly 7300rpm when its redline on the meter starts at 6500rpm???????? weird right???? they should hv just put the rev cut at 6500rpm instead.

so nice , ur the lucky ones without the metal knocking sound for the problem no.3 I think its normal la ,
to avoid it I alwalys on the wiper when its needed or turn it faster speed

but the rubber at third brake light really spoilt my mood.. suddenly saw something hanging there from rear mirror when driving..

by the way, found that tyre pressure seems quite high when i first checked it.. like around 230~240 when i first check, wonder if we should pump more than stated (210 front , 190 rear)

just to ask you guys.. the car came in with an oem safetint.. do we need to remove this if i wanna put in some darker tint ?

there's a rubber in the third break light ? I din notice it when I open it mind show some picture ?
usually they will pump way higher from the factory , dunno why .. just pump according to the specification then will be fine

Added on September 24, 2010, 10:49 pmmy SA say the tint is nothing , its use to prevent in case of glass scatter I the tint shop removed mind when I go for tinting

hi..i just want to ask.i am a black Persona user. ive involved in an accident fews week ago. now my car is in the workshop. this is my first time experiencing a quite bad accident and the insurance claim has approved. i just want to ask, do i have to pay anything when my car is ready?

U claiming ur own insurance or the 3rd party ? If own insurance = ur NCD gone... have to start from 0% ,then u have to pay full amount for ur insurance...

If claim 3rd Party...u no need pay anything..(Correct me if i am wrong)

i claim my own insurance. i see..so when i want to pick up my car, i dont hav to pay anything to the workshop?

Just finished with my first service..
Most problems not really solved.
1) hissing sound from aircond - SA said normal
2) driver window knock2 sound - SA said normal
3) aircond rattling sound - SA said normal
4) alignment & balancing - done
5) orifice valve only reduce not remove the klunk2 sound - SA said as expected
6) temp knob turn on automatically after engine ignite, eventhough alrdy off before turn off engine - SA said it is designed like tht
.....
Demotivated to complain alrdy...

prob no2 and 3 are not normal, mine prob no 3 their change aircond vent, then no more rattling sound, then it come again now after 2month, want to claim again

Any one felt any vibration from the engine when the car is in idle (In park with handbrake on) ?
I was waiting for someone in the car with the engine off but the key at the position 'ON' , air-con blowing(not cold) then
when I start the car , I felt the some vibration from the engine for like 1-2min is that normal or my sensitiveness ?

My PE only has
1. Breathing sound from the air-con - not very noticeable don't care
2. Metal knocking sound - Irritating
3. A slight sound 'dup' sometimes from the driver door inside - This is weird

u mean ur engine die then just realize and start back ur engine got vibration?
maybe earth quake that time

no no , I off the engine while waiting for someone then after that I start back the car , which only I felt vibration ...
no la where got earth quake , If got sure people in the market run like hell

You should not switch on the A/con when the engine is not running. Battery will drain out fast. Just don't do that !
