It boils down back to your usage and cooling system, so if you wanna get the quad and run it stock dont worry unless you wanna oc.

my opinion is, if u wan play 4ghz++ game, dun get Q6600, very very hard to do to make it stable.other quads i dunno, i dun own 1

What do you mean by 4ghz game ?  If you do multitasking get quad if not just stick to dual. Cheaper, cooler and easier to overclock.

i try Q6600 GO 3.6G but temp shoot up straight to 88C. sell that heater and get E8400, OC till 4ghz also not even reach 68C. and same cooler used, which is true120
|

btw...i realize that coretemp old wan and new wan got difference le...old version show my cpu temp about 51 at idle...but now with the latest core temp, it only show 45 at idle..is tat a good thg?haha..
