QUOTE(baok @ Apr 17 2008, 12:07 PM) yup.. maybe it's the mobo itself (P35-DS3).. I've sold both of my T2R-S.. quite "kopak" now.. ouch.. erm...i can do vcore 1.387 (bios) on my e8400 last time at 500x8=4.0ghz with the p35-ds3 without touching the Vfsb,Vmch wor....very weird la ur case... ur T2R-S now even better QUOTE(remysix @ Apr 17 2008, 04:03 PM) what a droop u got there bro? its a trademark for gigabyte ds3 QUOTE(tyss @ Apr 17 2008, 06:27 PM) Mine is Q746A batch AFAIK if ur mobo can do 500x7 stable then it shud be able to run 500x8 stable as well... have u tried bumping ur vcore up a notch n test again?Btw, can anybody explain this. I know my cpu can do 450x9@4.05ghz stable. I had tried 500X7 stable too. How come i can't run stable at 500X8? I am within the cpu speed limit and fsb limit. Is this a sign of mobo limitation? wow...that temp is just too high... n yes u are advised to keep the temp around 60-65 maximum to prolong ur cpu life.....
btw... how much vcore did u pump in? shud reduce ur vcore i guess... n maybe check ur heatsink contact n also the thermal paste spreading.... |

QUOTE(Archaven @ Jun 4 2008, 05:30 PM) Sorry for the late reply. I've just discharged from the hospital after an operation. I have a 12cm fan behind the casing and a 8cm fan opening on the side casing. Ventilation should be fine. Anyone knows if the Xigmatek Achilies S1284 comes with the SS kit? iirc s1284 macam takde SS kit...cos the bottom of the HSF is different abit from s1283's.... but u can mod it urself......Thanks http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=16835351 |
