Not that I know off, i just manually remove the unwanted file(s) from SD card after uninstalling apps, just make sure you know what you are deleting.

Can force move the apps to SD card, even if u haven't root your phone? Any problem?

I believe you don't have to have root access to use adb commands, but I don't think it's a good solution to force apps to move to SD card. Some apps don't work well (especially widgets) if you do that

Same thing happen to me yesterday. Uninstall old version, and I downloaded version 1.61.37.8128.t100.
Works great, in fact I think even better accuracy, i could be wrong.
Didn't download version 2.xxx because still got some issues with Desire apparently. Anyway, very happy with ver1.61

how about using app2sd+? it required root but i don't know whether or not it affect widgets?

Check ur APN setting in 1st page.

If u prefer Sense UI, recommend go for AuraxTSense, many people flashed that and rock stable.

The Desire HD rom has been ported to HTC HD2 running quite fine. Still more bugs to be addressed but IT RUN well! Surely it will run fine on the desire soon but they do need to remove certain stuffs since i see the dump file is big indeed. Ive checked the dump file seeing 1-2 new wallpapers. Cant remember if its on the Desire already, perhaps i missed it. The system sounds seems the same. The thing which is totally needed to be port is the framework which includes the new skins and the sexy task switcher Surely the devs are working on it now. Another thumbs up to rooted devices

Hi guys

I just rooted my SLCD Desire with Hboot 0.83 and it was successful. However, I notice that I am no longer able to boot into recovery mode. It just stops at the HTC boot screen (plain white screen with the HTC logo) when I select recovery from the Hboot menu.


I heard that its a prob of the clockworkmod recovery with Hboot 0.83 devices?
Any brothers who have a solution to this prob? I just intend to partition my SD card and load a custom ROM. Been stuck with 2.1 for far too long coz of the delay of me getting my class 10 microSD
