Maxis & Astro is not part of the OCBC Payee listing at the moment.
To maximise the 3% + 5%, you need to spend RM2000 a month for Utility bills via Online. If you go above the RM2k threshold, you won;t get full 8% but only 3%, as the 5% monthly cap would have reached at RM2k (RM2000 x 5% = RM100)

I hold a OCBC Titanium, HLB Essential Card and CIMB DA
To maximise fully the rebates from
Oct-Dec 2010, I should use RM2000.00 for online bill payment monthly ( to max out the RM200 whole campaign 3% rebate and the RM100 monthly in the 5%rebate ) After that, do a balance transfer to CIMB.
From Jan 2011, Use maximum RM1000 on petrol/grocery/restaurants/utilities to be eligible for the 5% RM50 monthly rebate. For other items I will use my HLB Essential card since it gives me back 1% unlimited rebate on everything EXCEPT petrol.
That should be the best way to maximise three cards, am I right ? Thanks in advance for advice.
