Smallest unit all booked .... aiya... cannot afford anything bigger than that... I hope they can provide some benefit for first time property buyer. If not, everytime all good deal sure kena sapu by internal ppl and investors. Very sad... another project i have to skip

Location wise is so so.. expect really high density..accessibility hm... the sound could really be a huge problem... Imagine all the glasssssss trembled as the lrt or big lorry passes by.. (Exaggerate)
 Now the only thing to consider now is the Price and the early bird offer they can give. if not.. time to look for others.. |
