Guys, do u think worth to invest in this place? today i tried to went there... bukit OUG... nothing special... nothing big mega projects/malls will built there expcet 1 coming STAR LRT nearby (under contruction)

I think these people have done their consideration. Buying property is not buying vega it involve big amount of our hard earn money. This project is consider affordable for most people. anyone know is there any new access to bukit jalil or OUG.. cause I did see the exact location and is not so ideal.. need use bypass thru Jalan awan house area to reach the site.. end up the traffice will be very congested...

Any one knows whether Z is near to ladang bukit jalil where DBKL is having problem with the local residents? From the video, DBKL wants to get back the land for cemetry? Is this true? A scary place then...
