anyone know is there any new access to bukit jalil or OUG.. cause I did see the exact location and is not so ideal.. need use bypass thru Jalan awan house area to reach the site.. end up the traffice will be very congested...

the High tension cable is said to be less than a KM away near to Z Residence.. , where exactly is it? I was at Bukit OUG area last week but can't tell which is which... probably because when i was there in the evening, it was already dark.

I have some friends who have stayed in Bukit OUG before and their advise is to avoid this area altogether...

Ya I agree with u bro, I somehow see that this Z will be located near Bukit OUG.. which I really dont like this place.. cause it is too deep-inside and the access is not so promising. If for me to chose, I rather pick OUG@Parklane, where it is near the main road.

Usually u go there kepo-kepo and when u see many ppl place the booking, u will sure got intention to book 1 unit also.. That's is human norm.. haha.. I went to Zest office yesterday, Block A unit left a fews only. Im only interested to book for KLCC view, but at the end KLCC view all sold out, 1400 sqft selling rm480k, intend to buy for own stay. But after think twice, I rather go and buy a second hand terrace in puchong hartamas (freehold) for Rm500K. What u guys think.
