I think the starting price can be calculate from the report.

It said GDV 400M, divided by 800 units = average price 500K .. guessing the price would be ranging from 400-600K .... just guessing ...

If calculate from per sqft, it said 1,033 sq ft to 1,394, average 1200 sqft x 800unit == 960k sqft ... 400M/960k sqft == average RM 420 per sqft ...

Wonder if Bro keithcky willing to comment ....

haha...if really hit to 420psf.....i think everybody will stand by the money wait 4 KR2 loh......

Treez only 500psf wt low density loh....

I think 400m oso included some shoplot lah....

It didnt mention how many units of condo in the report. Is 800 units confirm? If more units and with shops of coz the price will reduce la ... so need to wait till the day they launch only know the answer ...

I want to clarify to everybody here that Z-residence is not having any pre-launch this weekend. We jz showcase the project and those r interested may register yourself. There are rumours and certain party claimed that booking is already being accept is not true.

just in time to swing by a short stop for Z so didn't gather much.

sizes: 1033 (2+1), 1243(3+1), 1400 sqft all @ 300psf
each unit comes 2 car park
no freebies

if really this is to scale, not bad the size but sad, only two blocks will benefit most in terms of view

Heard from the ppl 1k sf units very limited he even mentioned 1.2k-1.4sf more units. Prepare to fork out 400k atleast

Doubt about the prospect honestly looking at the few upcoming projects there and market 3years down the road. I will go for subsales with bargain at the moment!

anyone went to MAPEX and enquire about the price? Was told by 1 of the agent there it's RM300psf. if that's true, might be worth it since Kiara Residence located beside already been selling for RM350psf.

If 300 psf, it's reasonable, with good repution
developer. Good buy for own or investor.
Difficult to find any with that range in terms
of location, accessibility and freehold status.
I guess launching in end April.
