Ok then... my bad...

I went to I&P... the car porch is pebblewash and has a thicker slab & column. Saw ppl using it as an extension for the master bedroom balcony.

I&P has not much design internally... no internal garden but the 2nd floor is very very high.... can make another attics. The family area in I&P is larger but bedroom smaller.

right?  unsure.gif

Totally agree with you. From outside, I&P canting looks classy. Gate, car porch & pebblewash floor make them look much better than Spira. From inside, they look gloomy & too simple. I like the material they used though.

here comes the ID and furnishing i guess.... laugh.gif

I&P is more conventional.. where ppl like squarish and basic layout. Material wise, i saw the switches & 13A SSO all got the specially engraved/printed I&P AI logo...

The DB for I&P is steel and all cables are concealed but located behind the main door. SPIRA DB made of plastic/PVC and located in storeroom. The cables are covered with surface mounted orange MS trunking.

I&P has the security alarm box ready but SPIRA need to buy separately. However, a telephone RJ11 outlet oredi available at the storeroom next to the DB for CMS.

SPIRA master bathroom shower is next to the door. I&P master bathroom is at far end with glass partition & door. The basin counter for I&P is pebblewash & SPIRA is solid surface (i guess...?)

kenot compare orange & apple... nod.gif

Excerpt from The Star, 15 Dec... 95% sold in one day? Way to go Viola.....

Naza TTDI takes modern living to greater heights at TTDI Alam Impian

Following the successful launch of TTDI Alam Impian’s SPIRA, the township’s first phase of residential development which completely sold out in only three days, NAZA TTDI is now geared to further raise the benchmark of modern living with the unveiling of VIOLA.

The launch of VIOLA marks the developer’s second residential development phase for its Alam Impian township that promises to offer home owners a unique urban living experience that’s ideal for the modern family. Setting itself apart from conventional townships, this new precinct will bear four different elegant contemporary home layouts encircling pockets of parks to provide residents with wholesome and vibrant community living.

In conjunction with the unveiling of TTDI Alam Impian’s Viola held recently, close to 200 property enthusiasts attended the event where almost 95% of NAZA TTDI’s VIOLA homes have been booked by eager home buyers, all in just one day.

Offering several designs and layout plans, the VIOLA homes have spacious built up areas ranging from 1,952sq ft to 3,116sq ft. Located strategically in Shah Alam, these VIOLA homes are also easily accessible via several highways such as, NKVE, KESAS, ELITE as well as the newly completed LKSA highway.

According to group managing director SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin, “Tremendous amount of thought and research have gone into the planning and design of these homes to complement the whole concept of TTDI Alam Impian. Our aim as a passionate and innovative developer is to create a sanctuary for home owners that offers the convenience of contemporary living with the warmth and familiarity of a traditional neighbourhood. We are certain that with VIOLA, we are one step closer to reaching our aim of making TTDI Alam Impian the township of choice for growing modern families in and around Shah Alam.”

Faliq further adds that he is encouraged by the overwhelming response received during the launch and several NAZA TTDI launches that came before it. “It is a testament to the strength of our brand and of the products we put forward. We are always looking for ways and means to better ourselves.

This is reflected in what we offer to our purchasers. Customer satisfaction is what we stress upon in this organisation. In any development we embark upon, we also take into consideration what can be benefitted by the community there and the surrounding areas. I promise that NAZA TTDI is a developer that delivers quality and value, each and every time. What I can say is look out for our upcoming launches!”

yea.. i agreed with u. so far i only due with Christine. she looks like dont even like to reply customer email. I had emailed her b4 to ask abt the SPA and also some other questions. I had to send few times email and purposely highlighted "please answer my question" then she only reply. this is very bad service. She just reply me that they need 3 days to get it stamped. after my second "force" reply email. vmad.gif

I have almost 20 pm-ed about buying my unit.. That was fast.. The developer told me if i can find another buyer as a replacement, then i gotta make an official letter to change the name so that the new buyer can start applying loan from the bank.. But right now all offering something extra to me to secure the unit.. so whoever has the highest, will let go the the person.. As for now, im looking at some other property.. sad.gif i'm dying to get this unit, but its not my time yet.. I've been there like 5 times already to checked out the area, unit, location and etc.. As far as my concern, my unit can be sold easily by RM650k by mid next year.. Facing Inner Garden/Playground somemore.. Type E is the biggest in Spira.. cry.gif i'm super sad now.. Haihz..

i'm very upset with the way Naza TTDI handling our s&p matters. never thought the big developer like this will have such a lousy workers. they took almost 3 weeks to just get the s&p signed and only tomorrow they send to the lawyers. when customer call and request for them to expediate the process, they get emotionally attached and blame customer on it. vmad.gif

i definately will file a complaint on that particular dept.

i called them on monday, and ask them why a long delay in the process. they keep mentioning that pending in the director to sign (i doubt it, so i will send an email to their director with regards to this). but to be honest, i dont think the delay was due to the director to sign. its their process. they keep mentioning they have 2 staff only to handle hundreds of file , at which should i care???. if they are understaff, should hire more. its plain business theory.

i dont mind if i have other place to stay, but i really need my loan to settle as soon as possible. i even anticipate my loan could be disburse by end of december. but not sure about that anymore. i'm wasting 3 plain weeks just because of their inefficiency. other small developer can settle this less than 1 weeks!.

and my lawyer (loan lawyer) called them the next day to check on the s&p, and she get scolded. she surprise because she asked politely. and when she ask why they scold them, they mentioned because i called them yesterday (monday) and 'scold' them. at which as far i remember, i never scold them, but i ask and push them to settle the s&p as soon as possible. i'm very upset with their manner in handling our s&p. they take it very lightly.

i will do the complaint, so that they take it seriously next time. hopefully the new buyer would not suffer the pain of waiting.
