Try calling them EVERYDAY, I'm sure one of those days, you will be able to secure a unit due to:

1. ppl unable to secure their loan
2. units released by director
3, ppl canceling their bookings

It might be a blessing in disguise as you may actually buy a very good unit!!

Don't wait, even if the salespersons mention that they will call you if there is any units become available.........

TTDI usually build something on the ground first and then sell it. I don't see any construction sites going on in TTD AI except Viola. The new launch in TTDI AI will take sometime I guess......

In that case, I'm pretty sure me and Naing's SPAs are also not ready yet, as you signed 1 day before me, and Naing 2 days after me.

Why is that the SPA thingy so slow?...just sign also difficult ² (mad power 2 hehe)

Without the SPA, the banks can't do our Loan Agreement, further postponing the loan disbursement, surely this will drag the handing over of the keys !!

Seriously I don't know for real but I did hear that the 3rd one (with the mosque) will launch next year (can't remember which quarter).

she told me that they got many to process, have to do it slowly batch by batch. and said they are busy with new launch of VIOLA also. she said tried to make it done by today..

yeah.. definately delay our key handover date cos bank needs 3 weeks to disburse the $$.
