how was it? everything settle?

collected stamped SPA on fri evening and successfully applied EPF withdrawal on sat morning. my loan lawyer not working on sat, so have to sign the loan agreement on next week. everything consider go smoothly.
BTW today i went to SPIRA and noticed the are building the anti-climb fence. they are setting up the febce iron rods with 6ft height. pls see the photo

3 units snapped up last week on friday. the units near guarhouse, facing playground, lot 77, 82 and and the corner lot 84.

and they claimed they are opened another 3 on friday.

It's the trick that the most developers do these days to create a sold-out for a new launch. They hold houses in nice location and release them later. It's extremely unfair for people who queue very long time to get their houses at launch date.
And it's disrespectful to the owners who got not that nice location during the launch. If you don't like the location of your houses, you should go and complain to TTDI and exchange them with whatever they have.
In I&P AI, you could do that. I am not sure about TTDI though...

i think most of the unit is made available due to the loan problem by the buyer. thats what i heard from the sales man. its great oppurtunity for people to buy house lot that was booked by queue people (which i anticipate the location wise will be very well chosen ).

huh?! this is very unfair.. lot 82 is the 1 i aimed b4 launching. lot 77 also.. now they just released them like that. really not fair for those queue up there over night.

I know! I went to the sales office last week on friday then i asked them to hold the lot 82 so that i could get the bank draft done.

got back and the unit was taken! anyway wont go into details of how pissed i was with them on that day.

anyway, i think it's common for them to release some nice units to directors and staff. my lawyer told me they got like 7% discount so I guess they will get 30k minimum easily! easy money for them and yes, it's unfair.

i think the idea is to gamble a bit. to wait for people who didnt get loan and directors releasing the units.

I can see the guard house exterior structure is almost 80% done. hope they will use card access system instead of using hand wave system
