Went there earlier afternoon. Met with the reno ppl they are installing the grill at one of the houses at jalan 120. They offered RM3100 to install the grills full house. Simple design, white grills. Ok or not?

Now thinking about the kitchen. Do you think RM6k is too much?

Any ideas?

Hi jeghui, I'm new to this group, for the grille price doesn't RM 3100 sound expensive for simple white grille... maybe can look around klang area to get price comparison...

The reno ppl is engage by the owner or one reno comp who already pow the area.... it happen to other area which one reno comp controlling the whole area, its consider their territory which other contractor cannot enter their territory.

Not sure how many % of Spira owners are going to move-in. 4 houses next to my house now advertise to sell...I think I will have to wait quite a while to get neighbous:)

Naing, how if you come out with the spira owner database so we can get to know they tentative move in so others also can plan ahead. It just a suggestion and if others dont mind.

wow05,

i have the same opinion as you. huge outdor land in the middle of the house for intermediate lot. serve as garden purpose etc is not what i like. I see I&P algo got this design but the area not that big, still is irritating to me. No offence to those who loves the fancy design. for me i just like big space and not too many corners biggrin.gif Denai Alam also got same design but not all units have this garden in the house. It makes the upstairs space smaller also. Guess i like Kemuning utama design better, went t my fren's house t look see look see at Indah residence. The design nice and simpl, just what i like. But my bf like the fancy design pulak  sad.gif
jeghui, the first 2 phases don't have bathroom in living hall downstairs right? but they have the garden space as well for intermediate lot?

for your info Spira 24 x 70 they have a so called powder room in the living room and the yard. if i want to demolish this two area i'll have a big space for living, dining and masterbedroom as well because the yard space is in the master bedroom. so there is an extra cost to demolish the toilet and make floor slab c/w roof.... this what my wife want ... hehehe. so in the master bedroom there is big space for wardrobe.

For all Spira friends and neighbour, is anyone of you will demolish the yard? Im not sure the developer allow this. please advise.

I demolish mine powder room to become a room as family area (plus courtyard). Demolish plus laminate flooring plus cover up courtyard roof for around RM4500.

Is that what u want?

Im thinking of demolish all courtyard and powder room including the sliding door, window. construct a floor slab on the first floor, ceiling and roof. which one is your house? mine in jalan 121
