I went to TTDI office last saturday for getting more info on SPA and checking inside of the house.
For SPA, we need to contact to the lawyer who is handling TTDI alam impian project. They gave me the phone number of the firm and ask me to directly contact to them.
For checking inside the house, they again gave me the phone number of TTDI sale manager.
I will probably call those numbers this week and keep you updated on what is going on with these issues.

Have you guys looked at the artist's impression of TTDI phase 1B? I am not sure i would want them.

wow, the design of the phase 1B a lil bit 'weird', i suppose. looks like a design for the shop house. is this for real?

I went to Alam Impian on Sunday.

I&P design and TTDI design really like heaven & earth ! shocking.gif

TTDI Spira more like white-grey while I&P like cream & brownish... still a lot of empty land...

Why TTDI AI car porch looks quite "cramped"? I know I&P is 22 x 80. Is TTDI also the same?

I was at the spira show unit as well last Saturday. concept wise is very interesting, but after looking at the real unit, somehow wasnt up to my expectations >_<

The entire AI is relatively new, probably take another 10 yrs to fully develope. THerefore property appreciation may not be as fast?

also took a trip to AI, really nice designs... but saw one of the corner units, the roof pillar also slanted to one side @_@

I agree with you. Show unit is fantastic but the real unit is un-comparable. Anyway, I had spent a lot of time in house-hunting in Kota Kemuning and I&P AI before. You will get 7 years old 22X75 house with total land area about 3200 sq-ft in kota kemuning with the same price you pay for corner lot with land area about 4000 sq-ft in TTDI. And the same size of land with bigger build up, 2900 sq-ft, you need to at least pay above RM 800000 above in I&P AI. And I&P AI houses are 2 years old already:) So I guess it's worth to buy the house in TTDI AI. And there is more room for higher appreciation.
I remember I was thinking about buying Nuklian from I&P AI with 495000 in Dec 2009 but i changed my mind. Now I&P AI is selling the same build up with 579000! This is just changing in developer prices. For completed houses, Canting 1 in I&P AI costs you about 510000 while Canting 3 developer price is about 495000. If the developer price increase, the completed house price will increase too:)
For SPIRA, there are 5 more launches to go!

I read from somewhere that all developments by I&P will be done by 2022 and probably, the same for TTDI. I am hoping AI will be booming within 5 years.

perhaps theres some misunderstanding.

the "slanted roof pillars" i was mentioning about was I&P AI. not TTDI AI. i didnt manage to take picture, as it was too bright under the afternoon sun, and my iphone camera wont cut it lol...

i'm kinda worried about the developement in the area. as we can see kota kemuning after over 12 yrs, still not fully occupied. many shop houses behind still vacant and empty. however Bkt Rimau doing much better, with international school, hospital, carrefour all ready and running. blessing for KK residents.

pray hard AI wont be too far behind =D

I don't think those prices are reasonable. Last week, i just checked a two and half story 22X80 with build up of 2790 sq-ft in I&P AI and i could get it with 585000. Who would pay 22X75 with 2200 sq-ft TTDI house for the same price? I would not!
